A Different Sort of Tartar Sauce

Often, after a busy day with no time to cook, we enjoy wild salmon burgers (frozen) with a simple salad.  I've been wanting to dress them up a bit and got serious recently.  I came up with a tartar sauce that has a slight twist.  It really gives the salmon burgers a kick in the right direction and would happily go with most seafood.  I think I'm going to try it in a seafood taco.

I've been trying to figure out how to add a "print this recipe" to my blog but so far, have had no luck.  If any of you already doing this and have time, I'd appreciate a tutorial or direction to one!!

Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
8 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, rinsed and finely chopped
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish, undrained (you can also use dill pickle relish)
1 Tbsp finely minced onion
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
A touch of cayenne to taste

Mix all ingredients together.  This keeps well for several weeks.
