My friends, I most often read your posts while sipping my first few cups of morning coffee. Yesterday, The Baker bought a new car. I, on the other hand, bought a new coffee mug. In a few minutes, he'll peek in and ask if I need a refill. "Yes, please." Then he'll say "another mug"? Instead of saying "well, you got a new car", I'll just smile and give my usual reply to that question....
"Remember, I collect mugs? I could switch to Lladros!!"
P.S. He said I could use the car anytime I wanted.
P.S.S. Don't worry "Cerise", I'll still be driving you. You're the best!

with mugs i am the opposite, i like one mug and one only and when i broke mine the hunt was on for a new one. i found 5 so now if i break mine i can use one like it, but it will not feel the same on my lip. i am not telling bob about the new car... he loves cars

ReplyDeleteLOVE the cute spring mug!!!! I like the bunny, the color, the size, and the nice big handle! I collect mugs, up to a point. Space prevents me from buying all that I want. But now I want to go to Starbucks and look around, they have their prettiest at Easter time. Tell us about the car, what kind, color, etc!!! So you have two cars? We do as well. We also name all our cars, how did you come about your name? Ours are Monty and Lenore
